Through this paper we pretend to present the conventionality control as an important tool to ensure not only compliance with specific measures of reparation ordered by the Inter–American Court of Human Rights in a particular case (in the present oportunity Case Furlán vs. Argentina), but also seek for the old ideal of international justice through international co–jurisdiction with national justice, by adopting this parameters.
