Subrogation in bankruptcy proceedings. Agreements as a legal fraud

Although the subrogation of bankruptcy claims is a lawful legal institution, this paper analyzes its use in bankruptcy proceedings as a real violation of the rights of creditors, imposing confiscatory concordat agreements even if initially they held the majority necessary to prevent its approval.
