Author Biographies

Santiago Argüello, Universidad de Mendoza (Argentina) / INCIHUSA–CONICET (Argentina)

Doctor in Philosophy from the University of Navarra (Spain), Graduate in Medieval Studies from the Pontifical Institute of Mediaeval Studies (Toronto, Canada). He has been a Mellon Foundation Fellow. He is currently an Associate Researcher at CONICET (National Council for Scientific and Technological Research, Argentina) and Professor at the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the University of Mendoza (Argentina), where he also directs a research group on French political liberalism, funded by the Research Directorate of the University of Mendoza (DIUM).

Helga María Lell, Universidad Nacional de La Pampa - CONICET (Argentina)

Doctor in Law, Universidad Austral (Argentina), Master and Specialist in Social and Cultural Studies, Universidad Nacional de La Pampa (Argentina), Master in Philosophy with orientation in political and social philosophy, Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (Argentina) and Lawyer, Universidad Nacional de La Pampa. She is currently an Adjunct Researcher at CONICET, Regular Professor of Philosophy of Law, Faculty of Economics and Legal Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de La Pampa, where she also directs research projects and is Research and Postgraduate Coordinator.
