Legal literature as an axiological agent. Ferdinand von Schirach's contribution
Abstract
This study corresponds to the research proposal presented in the Postdoctoral Program of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba carried out during the year 2022 and directed by Professor Doctor Carlos Parma. Among the requirements of the program is to publish the project with the ownership of the National University of Córdoba. The author would like to express his gratitude to Dr. Edgardo García Chiple, Vice Dean and Secretary of Postgraduate Studies, and to Dr. Susana Borgarello, Director of the Postdoctoral Program of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba. Likewise, to all the dear colleagues who participated in the Program, with whom we discussed many of the points in this article. And finally, to our beloved director Charlie Parma, whose accompaniment, dedication, and academic excellence made our completion of the program possible.References
