Abstract

This study corresponds to the research proposal presented in the Postdoctoral Program of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba carried out during the year 2022 and directed by Professor Doctor Carlos Parma. Among the requirements of the program is to publish the project with the ownership of the National University of Córdoba. The author would like to express his gratitude to Dr. Edgardo García Chiple, Vice Dean and Secretary of Postgraduate Studies, and to Dr. Susana Borgarello, Director of the Postdoctoral Program of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba. Likewise, to all the dear colleagues who participated in the Program, with whom we discussed many of the points in this article. And finally, to our beloved director Charlie Parma, whose accompaniment, dedication, and academic excellence made our completion of the program possible.

Author Biography

Fernando Adrián Bermúdez, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Argentina)

Doctor of Law, Lawyer and Professor of University Degree in Legal Sciences graduated from the Faculties of Law and Philosophy and Letters of the National University of Cuyo (UNCUYO). Professor of Knowledge Problems at the Law School (UNCUYO) and Legal Philosophy at the University of Mendoza (UM). He has completed postgraduate studies at the Universities of San Andrés, The George Washington University and the Pontifical Urbaniana University in Rome, and postdoctoral studies at the University of Navarra and the National University of Córdoba. Professor of Epistemology and Research Methodology in various postgraduate courses in Argentina. Member of the Argentine Association of Philosophy of Law. He is currently Academic Secretary and Director of the Reading Club of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the UM and Coordinator of Science, Technology and Graduate Studies at the Faculty of Law of UNCUYO.
