Judicial Powers and people who work in different areas of justice system have guarantees such as independence, impartiality, employment stability, no persecution for their work, among others. These guarantees do not consist only in rights for justice operators, but also in ways to guarantee the right of justice for people in general and the guard of their rights through effective judicial protection. The objective of this article is to analyze –through the study of cases in Latin–American context– the importance of protecting justice operators against different kinds of attacks, and review the application of minimum international standards to guarantee a solid justice without interference.
