Este trabajo explica cómo el control para la aplicación del derecho internacional incide directamente en la ejecución integral de las sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en México. Para ello se analizan las figuras del control de convencionalidad, desde la óptica internacional y nacional en contraste con el control de constitucionalidad en México, logrando dilucidar sus convergencias, pero también sus diferencias, asumiendo su intrínseca relación. Este sistema de control que se destaca constituye el mecanismo para la eficacia en la ejecución de sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en México.
The present work explains how the control for the application of international law directly affects the integral execution of the judgments of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Mexico. In order to do so, the conventionality control figures are analyzed, from the international and national perspective in contrast with the constitutional control in Mexico, explaining their convergences but also their differences, assuming their intrinsic relationship. This prominent system of control establishes the mechanism for the effective execution of judgments of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Mexico.
