El presente texto se refiere al cumplimiento por parte del Estado Mexicano de las sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, no a ejecución de sentencias o implementación, sino exclusivamente a revisar cuál es la legislación existente en el derecho interno que permite cumplir con aquéllas condenas. De ahí el objetivo del trabajo es identificar las leyes mexicanas y los medios legales de reparación derivados de las sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, a través de un análisis pormenorizado que permita valorar su pertinencia.
This document refers to Mexican State judgment compliance from the Inter–American Court of Human Rights, not about execution nor implementation but specifically, to review which current legislation of domestic law, allows to comply with those sentences. The purpose of this work is to identify the Mexican laws and the legal resources regarding reparation of the Inter–American Court judgments, through an analysis of Mexican law in order to value its importance.
