Este artículo pretende evaluar los arreglos institucionales aplicados para la ejecución de las sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en Brasil, así como su efectividad. De esa manera, suponiendo que no existe en la praxis brasileña una directriz en cuanto a la ejecución de las medidas de no repetición, de satisfacción, se exime, específicamente, el (in)cumplimiento de la sentencia del caso Gomes Lund, en cuanto a los deberes de investigar y sancionar, ya que son obstáculos que propiciarán nuevas condenas a Brasil y no satisfacen los derechos de las víctimas.
This paper intends to evaluate the institutional arrangements applied to the compliance of the judgments of the Inter–American Court of Human Rights in Brazil, as well as the effectiveness of these. Thus, if there is no guideline in the Brazilian praxis regarding the execution of the non–repetition, satisfaction measures, this paper examines, specifically, the (in) compliance with the Case of Gomes Lund ruling is exempted, about the duties to investigate and sanction, since they are obstacles that will lead to new sentences for Brazil and do not satisfy the rights of the victims.
