La asignación de responsabilidad a los condenados por delitos de lesa humanidad presenta, según el tribunal que haya juzgado, matices que ameritan ser puestos de relieve. En ese sentido, una revisión de los criterios de la Cámara Federal de Casación Penal al respecto deviene necesaria para conocer y comprender las distintas posturas dogmáticas sobre la cuestión de la autoría y participación que se han utilizado para fundar las condenas de los imputados según el aporte realizado a los hechos.
The allocation of responsibility to those convicted of crimes against humanity presents, according to the court that has judged, nuances that deserve to be highlighted. On this matter, a review of the criteria of the Federal Chamber of Criminal Cassation is required as to know and understand the different dogmatic positions on the issue of authorship and participation that have been applied to establish the convictions of the perpetrators according to the contribution made to the facts.
